History

Nzinga, LLC was established on April 29, 2017, by Emmanuel Blanks and Nick Hernandez. Together, these visionary founders embarked on a journey to transform the prevailing perceptions of the music industry. Emmanuel Blanks, one of the founders, articulated the company's inception as a response to rectify the prevailing distortions within the music and entertainment sector. In a candid interview, Mr. Blanks passionately expressed, "The primary motive behind founding the company was to rectify the pervasive corruption within the music industry. Regrettably, the essence of music has been overshadowed, as industry leaders prioritize excessive financial gains before their retirement. The world has regrettably lost sight of the authentic essence of music."

The Founding Prospectus

Founder Emmanuel Blanks drew up the Founding Prospectus of Social Records Music Entertainment in January of 2018.

It is still handed down as the origin of the Nzinga Group.
